Poor attitudes, poor service (if any), no call backs, no emails back, no communication. Simply put...I will not call this company again, this is twice they have ghosted us.. With such a poorly run business, lack of callbacks or communicating, I don't know how they keep customers or stay in business. I believe they cherry pick jobs (IMO) - prioritizing the simple easy fixes or replacements to make quick bucks . In my opinion, they are certainly not a REAL technical problem solving business for sure, and if you are in need of a quick fix , they are definitely not the ones to call. We Called up for a service call on our equipment, and they emailed right back which was great. Few days later they send out a Tech who calls us half way here and doesn't get an answer, so the guy starts turning around and going back to his shop? I call him mid way back after I get to work (I was driving) and tell him we really need this fixed ASAP if possible. He gets here, comes in , with an attitude, and starts to troubleshoot the issue with a multimeter. He checks power to the fan on the unit and quickly jumps to \its a burnt motor\. Being a tech for 32 years myself , I was like wow this guy is good. diagnoses a problem on a unit in like 3 minutes, snaps a shot of the faceplate of the unit and he's on his way. He tells me he will go back to the shop, do some research and get a quote to me ASAP after looking up the part... Fast Forward.......2 weeks later , no calls , emails, or information ....NOTHING! Been emailing the secretary for a week with no answers. Just a horrible business with no communications, never again will I call the company. Will now have to call another business who can actually fix equipment.
