A few nights ago I stumbled upon the cutest Audi when I was checking carfax...once I checked the vehicle report and the dealership reviews, I sent them a message online. Next morning I got a call back, they set up an appointment for me to see Alfonso Lopez and to go for a test drive...and...oh well, that was one of my best car shopping experiences I ever had. I got my certified vehicle, Alfonso was great from the beginning until the moment we took the car home...no wonder this place has great reviews, they make it easy for customers. When we saw the car for the 1st time was already detailed, Alfonso told us that he would take care of getting it detailed to look as newest as possible...He sure did, he kept his word from the beginning to the end, our car looks like new. Just perfect. If you're looking for an Audi, check Hoffman in E. Hartford and ask to see Mr. Alfonso Lopez, he'll take good care of you and will provide you with the best customer service experience. You won't regret it.
