Short Version: Lack of quality and pride in their work. Long Version: I brought my crankshaft to see if they could fix the broken keyway. They were confident that they could repair the keyway however the end result has several problems. The keyway wall and floor is no where close to 90 degrees. The weld is missing material at the middle end end of the weld. The keyway floor is lower and now the key can't seat on the back of the keyway anymore (where the original radius is). There also now seems to be a crack on the front of the keyway to the bolt hole. Even when I got the crankshaft back the end of the weld extended beyond the face of the crankshaft nose. To me that just shows a lack of pride in your work as it's something that's easy to fix. When I mentioned it they fixed it in a couple minutes. It may still function with several modifications on my end but it is not the quality of work that I was expecting. They did give me 25 off the bill for the quality.
