I've visited Urgent care for severe pain on my shoulder and arm a few times recently. Doctors and nurses and staffs are great, kind hearted willing to help and good at what they're doing but the system is so old especially the phone was never answered promyptly that made me wait on line for nearly 1 hour !! And still the order was NOT received so I had to hang up. That happens every single time I called repeatedly. There's no direct number to urgent care and automatic answering system never connected me to the previously seen doctor when I really need to ask him about my conncern and pain. Do they really think this is acceptable level of customer service for patients ? Customer service for this clinic is very very poor but staffs are great so I have to give them 3 stars. However I feel bad for these doctors and nurses who work there that they deserve a lot better reviews for who they are !

Been here since 10am and it's about to be 12pm. I only had 3 women ahead of me and it took them over 2 hours to assist them? The whole time someone in the back was screaming they wanted coffee (doctor or nurse, not sure). That's so unporfessional. Now that it's 12am everyone ran off to lunch and forgot about the rest of their patients and closed down their front window. Why make my appointment at 10am if you're not going to see me until 1pm? What a waste of a day. I asked the lady in the front desk how much longer but she just stared at me with a dumbfounded face. What the heck?? Overall, the facility smells funky. I saw a cleaning lady just joking around with the nurses. Now that everyone ran off, me and a couple other people are just waiting for them to come back. I dont normally review stuff but man, this one really irritated me thus far! If you decide to come here make sure to take the whole day off because you will be here for WHILE! The only positive thing I could say about this place was that the doctor that saw me was very direct with me, which I could appreciate.

The worst to get any service. even if it jeopardizes the people's health. they will deny you because the pandemic. only useless vague emergency visits. again limited services so if you need further help on ur condition move they dont care about ur health
