I just moved from Boston to East Lyme about a month ago. My husband was local and he recommended me this place for shipping packages. This place is awesome! I had to ship an important package including laptop and phone to my previous employer during December. It arrived within a day! A month went by and I needed the tracking number again for personal reasons since I lost it. Gary emailed it back to me right away! He also called me to make sure I got the help I needed. He goes above and beyond for his clients and really care about other people. I would definitely recommend him to all my family and friends!

This place is good if you have a package packed and ready to ship. I have found out they do not take the scan code that most places give you now to ship back returns. If you are doing it here do all the work beforehand for returns. If you are just shipping something nice local place to do it for you. Haven't really used that feature but mostly returns. 7 out of 10 times I usually have to find another place.
