All of the employees are always friendly. Store is always clean and well stocked. However their refund policy is antiquated. I was charged for an item I didn’t purchase. Didn’t check my receipt until I got in the car. Went back in and I could only get a store credit, which is incredibly unfair since it was an employee mistake. Was told the registers are too old to process refunds. It wasn’t a lot of money but it’s the principle. Time to step those registers up to 2021 East Meets West. Or at the very least make exceptions for errors like this.

This New Age metaphysical store sells fake Rocks to customers! When asking for certain spiritual cleansing items.The woman rudely automatically states no we dont carry it, without even trying to go out of her way to help the customer.Bad karma.Namaste.

Love this place!!! It reminds me of the old "head shops" of the 70's in NY and SF. Very well stocked. A wonderful throwback store. Lots of incense, holders, gemstones, cool jewelry, clothes, and bags.....
