PF offers exceptional care. The clinical staff is the reason for my continued return, even though they are often different. They are thorough, personable and focused on making the experience as comfortable as possible. The registration staff was cold, pondered if my ID/ins was creditable. As she stared and hesitated several times before entering the information. Staring at both my ID and Insurance cards as if it was me or creditable-very uncomfortable experience. Never had this experience previously. I’ll continuously promote my positive experiences with this facility, Aside from my registration experience. Simply singing the clinicians high praises!!

Nice staff, clean environment and clear direction how to bounce back from any illness. This last visit was not my first and I will continue to be seen here for emergency needs! They are always available, far less of a wait than the primary doctor or even ER. But they will tell you when other medical attention is needed ie: follow up with your primary or go to the ER for further treatment. I will continue to visit this location again in the future, should I have to! Fingers crossed we stay healthy though!!

I was the first walk in. So there was no wait. But the process was great and stream-lined well. I felt like everyone was actually listening to what I was saying. And the appointment was very thorough. Frankly, I'm impressed.
