Working with 419 Neon was super easy and enjoyable. I had come to them with an urgent custom project and they were able to deliver exactly what I wanted. They are super knowledgeable and really want to create a work of art. During the design process they are open and receptive to feedback and are able to make any changes needed! Billing and communication was detailed yet efficient. Loved working with them! Would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful neon piece for their home or business.

Roger is a master of his craft! Not only was he extremely thorough with his design, but he took the time to make sure I understood the instructions of how to set up the sign. It even came with all of the parts to be installed on the wall, which was super easy for our handyman. 11/10 recommend Roger!
I worked with Roger on an interior renovation for an Asian Ribbon Ice Shop. Knowing nothing about neon myself, he was so helpful to work with and got the product to us right on time. We also had a very intricate design that he helped us figure out without hesitation. The craftsmanship is beautiful - the sign really complements the space and was exactly what we envisioned! We will definitely use him again in the future.
