It's true that there a big potholes in places, but i got around them fine and everyone was very courteous, at the desk and the drivers, on both ends of my travel and loaded my bags on and off. The shuttle was there immediately each time, including at 3am on my return. The driver also waited to make sure I was safely in my car, which i really appreciated. Thank you!

I've used Fasttrack a few times and received decent service. However, my last experience was horrible. I waited (along with several other people) for more than 30 minutes for a shuttle to arrive just to wait for another because everyone couldn't fit. I called the office after waiting about 20 minutes but no one answered. I called 5 minutes later and spoke with a representative. I explained that there were a lot of people waiting and they should make sure at least 2 buses were on the way. The representative's response was "I know one bus is on the way but I'm not sure when the next will arrive." Not only was it over 90 degrees outside, there were elderly people that had to wait another 15-20 minutes for the next bus. Also, the driver on the first bus did not assist anyone with loading bags; he just sat in the seat and insisted that he did not know when the next bus was coming. When the second bus managed to show up, it was completely full and there were still people left at the airport. "You get what you pay for"; true statement! This was my last time using this company and I would not recommend it to anyone.
I booked parking at this facility for 5 days through another online service and really got a great rate. It was difficult to find this place at night as there is no sign of the business and no lights at the gate. Upon entering the lot I was confused where to park as once you pass the entrance you will find road going uphill and everyone parked on roadside and even on the grass. Actual lot is at the end of road on right side. They need to resurface the lot. Shuttle service is good and was able to find shuttle quickly and their drivers are friendly. I will recommend this place if you get a good deal.
The service is cheap and efficient. You get what you pay for I suppose. The driver was very nice & even turned around so someone could get their cell phone who had left it in the car. I was afraid of a possible break in, so after reading another review, I parked under a light pole and away from the fence. The reason I am giving this establishment 3 stars is because of the location and the fact that it is not appealing to customers. I say that because 1. THE POTHOLES 2. There should be more light poles, the area is really dark for early and night flights. 3. There are glass pieces and broken down cars in the parking lot. 4. The entrance could be a little more updated. Besides that, it served its purpose, even with my doubts. As a business, i just think it could be treated a little better, to appeal to more people.
We have used Fastrack for several years and have never had a problem with them. The drivers (with the exception of one female) have all been on point in helping to load/unload luggage. They are always respectful. Good, inexpensive service when using Groupons!
I enjoyed my visit here! I left my car here for a week & everything was the exact same way I left it. I experienced no broken glass/break-ins , I parked in a well lit area on row D & everything was fine. The workers I came across were friendly , no issues there . They accepted my Groupon with no problems either. The ONLY issue I had was the parking lot , so many pot holes , & dips , it was rough . Park as close to the front as you can. Other than that I would recommend this parking lot to anyone!
I used this parking facility on my recent trip. Contrary to the reviews here, I had a very good experience. I paid online for four days parking and took a print of the reservation with me while checking in. The lady at the entrance told me to keep the ticket and reservation print safe with me until check out day. The parking lot is nothing fancy, just a regular open parking lot. I parked my car and waited beside my car for the pick-up shuttle. The shuttle was there in less than 5 minutes but I got distracted in checking my stuff in the car and missed it. The next shuttle came within the next 5 minutes. The driver gave me a card with my parking lot number written on it . The instructions upon return were written on it. On my return, I went to the ground transportation area on the airport and the shuttle was already standing at the stall mentioned on the card that driver gave me the first day. The driver even helped me with my bags. The shuttle dropped us off at the parking facility in less than 15 mins. I gave my ticket and reservation print to a cheerful lady at the checkout place. Based on my good experience, I will use this facility again.
I really appreciate Fastrack. They pick & drop you off right at your car, have multiple shuttles running day & night, & do their best to provide quality service. Recently John B. Dropped everything & grabbed a shuttle to rush me to the airport so I could make my flight. He was so helpful & willing to do whatever he could to get me to the airport asap. He went above & beyond. I haven't seen customer service like this in a really long time and honestly I owe him greatly. Thanks John!!!!
