I own a tour company and have worked with Elite many times over the past decade. The owner Kenny is always true to his word and will do whatever it takes to provide an affordable and smooth process. I have also enjoyed getting to know many of his staff and drivers and can tell you they are exceptional people that provide a quality service and travel experience.

Our group used Elite Tours of Atlanta to do a football trip from Atlanta, Ga to Jacksonville, FL in support of the New Orleans Saints. Our driver, Dee Cowins, provided excellent customer service. He was patient, attentive, and accommodating. He has become a part of the family! And it was a plus that he, himself, was a saints fan! It is my hopes that he will be our driver for all future business that is done with Elite Tours, and I would highly recommend both he and the company to others.

Do not book a school tour or any tour with this company. They are refusing to refund deposits for school trips that were cancelled due to COVID19. They are taking advantage of families and schools by holding their money and refusing to provide refunds to anyone who paid them in advance. Elite Tours incurred very little or no expenses yet they refuse to refund deposits paid by families who could use the money. Very sad example of a company taking advantage of their customers during COVID19. I'm contacting the local news to investigate them.

When looking for A Superior Company! Look no further. The experienced and professional staff always provide \A Customer Service\. Their rates are affordable. The coaches are great with a lot of amenities, (wi-fi,) clean and always on-time. Their motor coach operators are experience and willing to go that extra mile. I would highly recommended them for all of your ground transportation needs.
