Maddening. Every aspect of the experience. Nothing ever gets resolved. Geniuses at claiming no responsibility or transferring you to another department. Worst of all, this is a city is that likes to see its citizens pay through the nose for everything. I realize this is not a Customer Care issue, but the fact that utilities and Taxes are the highest I have ever paid anywhere and yet the quality of life is lower--much lower--is infuriating.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is trapped back in 1980. In any other place I've lived it was super easy to get utilities turned on and it could all be done from a computer. This place has you print out and sign all of this paperwork that you have to then have to put in an envelope and physically take to the office to put in their dropbox! I mean really? There are these things called the internet and email! When they do decide to use technology they use it inefficiently. If you call their office you will get an automated system that goes into a monologue in English followed by a monologue in Spanish, both of which are poorly composed and presented, and neither of which allows you an option to talk to a person. All I could think while listening to it is \this is so stupid. Who in management that that this was acceptable?\. Just terrible.

If \the worst customer service\ was a person. I highly recommend training.

How they can even call it \Customer Care\ is a joke. Long wait times and customer reps with an attitude. Don't expect anything but a hassle from this office.

Something's not right with this bill. The more I talk to people about their utility bill the more I'm suspicious. No way I should be paying over 100 in a 1 bedroom apartment when most days I'm gone from 7am-9pm or later. I don't leave my thermostat on high while I'm gone. My mom lives in an 1 bedroom and 50 is a high end for her and she's home all day. Either my meter is jacked up or East Point is extremely high.
