Food is always good customer service is great. The last several times my Husband and I and Mom came in for dinner... David was our server. He is very nice and has great customer service... East Ridge has always been one of my favorite Cracker Barrels. My favorite is breakfast... I also love dinner and there cornbread is so good.

First of all, when we got there hardly anyone was there, we ordered our food, and we waited approximately 40 minutes for our food to come out. Tables who came in after we ordered were getting their food before us. It was like waiting for the return of Jesus. Second of all, when our food finally came out, my friend had to wait an additional 10 minutes for her maple bacon chicken to come out when I order the exact same thing, and mine came out with everyone else’s food. Third of all, our food was cold. Fourth of all, when my friend’s maple bacon chicken FINALLY came out it looked like two stale flapjacks with some bacon on top, and the cheese was cold and shredded on the side. When we asked for it to be fixed, they quit literally took the same flapjack chicken and added melted cheese to it. Also, the turnip greens tasted like oil and meat juice. And to top it all off, the waitress dropped our checks off with our food, blatantly tried to avoid us for the rest of our stay, and never returned to the table to check on us. Never have I ever been so dissatisfied with Cracker Barrel.

This was probably the worst Cracker Barrel I’ve ever been to. The food took so long and it was horrible. We all had something different and every single thing was bland and overcooked. I’ve never experienced bad food at a Cracker Barrel but it was sooo bad omg. The service was good. Our server was super nice and attentive. Just the food was awful.
