We had a great time out on Scorton Creek! From Michelle at the office to the guys down at the launch everyone was courteous, professional and dedicated to making sure we had a blast out on the water. Our guests really liked the quality of the equipment too!

We enjoyed our tandem kayak trip. Not too difficult and that day we were lucky to have great weather and no other people in sight. Very friendly and helpful people. Just make sure your life jacket is the right size. I had purchased as a Christmas gift for our grown children and so and it could not have been a better way to bond in a beautiful natural setting. The owner Mike goes above and beyond to keep his customers satisfied. 2x and not our last!
Most convenient and easiest to deal with!!!! We have rented from Rideaway Sandwich several times this summer. Every encounter we have had with them has been above average. Equipment is always in great condition and staff is super friendly. Since we travel over an hour to get there we also appreciate their flexibility with start and stop times whenever possible to accommodate for unexpected Cape traffic. We look forward to the end of season sale where we plan purchase our own kayaks for next year. Thanks to Wayne and his staff!!!
Great tour with Wayne - my daughter (10) and I shared a tandem kayak and loved exploring the creek/marsh area. We will definitely rent kayaks from Rideaway on our next visit to the Cape!
We were a group of 10 and booked a private kayak tour in Sandwich. It was absolutely amazing! Our guides Mike and Wayne made our experience fun, easy, and educational. Only 2 people from our group had ever been kayaking before and we didn't know what to expect with regards to exertion, enjoyment, heat, comfort, etc. It was perfect! Our guides taught us how to paddle. They explained the entire ecosystem to us and were happy to answer every silly question we had. They named all the birds and pointed out what they ate, their defense mechanisms, unique attributes. Mike and Wayne explained how the water was naturally filtered and showed us the layers in the sand/dirt filtration along the river banks. They took pictures of us so we could unplug, offered us plenty of swimming stops by sandbanks and just made this the best ever first kayaking experience. We are dreaming of when we can do this again. It was MUCH EASIER than we expected, was SOOOO relaxing and fun, and was FANTASTIC!. Thank you Mike and Wayne! What an amazing experience!
