East Side Copy and Print provides THE BEST SERVICE. I've been coming here since my freshman year of college, majoring in graphic design, I continue to come here even after graduating. James is super professional, he knows what he is doing, he is quick and very decisive and reliable when it comes to printing anything and book binding. He never makes mistakes! I can see him working so hard whenever I visit this place. I sometimes ask for his advice and he is always very responsive and caring for designer's works (when given clear instructions by the designer, of course). Highly recommended.

I am an artist. I need quality prints at an inexpensive price. James does color copying for some sections of my artwork, and he really tries to make them as accurate as he possibly can. He is always friendly to me and always tries to listen to what I need. If you go to East Side Copy ask for James.
I have been using East Side Copy for over 10 years. They are especially adept at working with artists.I recently moved uptown and came back to them after using another big chain store's print shop to print out digital photos and graphic designs. It was just not the same high quality.I find the staff extremely helpful and friendly, going out of their way to do a good job.
They were very kind, professional. I went there to print my portfolio for Grad school admission, I felt they genuinely cared about it and wanted the best outcome for me. The prices are fair. Highly recommended!
Prices low, service good and accomidating. I bought a few posters that needed to be cut down and they let me use their cutting board on the second floor. Everything that you need from a print job. They're down and dirty so dont go expecting them to explain everything to you. They make excellent copies and posters in 1 hr or 2 depending on their business. Perfect for last minute jobs and all around good guys.

This copy shop provides a low level of customer service. The store personnel are unresponsive, and I had a problem with inconsistent pricing, which the manager had no interest in resolving with me. I suggest that you find another copy shop to have your printing work done.
completely unprofessional and sloppy craftsman ship. i had this place do two over sized scans for me and had to return twice because the files were corrupted each time. if that weren't bad enough i was treated with flat out disrespect when politely inquiring into rescaning the pieces. I will never go here again and neither should you.
