Wow, I just got off the phone with someone either by the name of Dave or Dick, who hung up the phone on me twice. We purchased a Royal vacuum from them about six months ago and have had to bring it back in twice (in the past two weeks) due to first a ripped bag (we purchased the bag-less). After having the bag replaced the bag ripped after only two weeks of use again. The first time was a little short (ie 6 months) but this new bag seemed to have a manufacturers defect. Dick (or Dave) said that the vacuum cleaner was abused, and wants to charge us over 50 for the fix; which I'm fine with but not without a valid reason. This didn't make sense to me and I asked him to tell me why he felt this was abuse. He said he doesn't remember all the vacuums that come through and then after talking over me for a few minutes, he hung up. I called back and after the phone rang for a very long time he eventually picked up again. I explained that we must have been cut off (yeah right!!), then he started talking over me again and hung up again!! Unbelievable!! This guy must not be the owner or something. I won't go to these guys again, and recommend no one else waste their time.
