When we moved to Boise in 2017, we were looking for a practice that would take the time to truly listen and treat the whole person. I was so excited when Leanna moved into our neighborhood and we discovered her! She always listens to our concerns and asks questions. She makes us feel like she's working with us to obtain our goal of optimum health. Unfortunately, she moved far from my neighborhood, but we didn't have to even think twice about following her! We'd already tried the hospital groups, and that is so not our jam. Not feeling the whole, rush you through, I've diagnosed you before I stepped in the room, vibe, and that's exactly what those large medical factories are. We'll follow Leanna wherever she goes because a patient-centered practice is hard to find these days, and East to West is exactly that!

We just moved to Boise two months ago and were in search of a practitioner who was balanced between conventional medicine and more natural, holistic approaches. Leanna fits the bill beautifully! I initially set up my son and daughter to see her then was so impressed I scheduled an appointment for myself as well! She will be our family practitioner- so grateful to have found her. She is kind and patient - does not rush through the appointment. Asks good questions and allowed amble time for me to explain my medical history, never rushing me or cutting me off. Any questions that I asked she made the time to answer fully and ensure my understanding. On top of that, her medical assistant and receptionist are also so kind! Highly recommend!

I had blood work done at East to West yesterday and I was pleasantly surprised! The friendly staff (Marina and Deanne) greeted me and made sure I was very comfortable! The rooms were very clean with a cozy feel! (Nice pictures!). I am so glad I found Leanna Moser. She was very approachable and really listened to ALL my health concerns. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and understanding! She encouraged me to ask questions and made sure our communication was clear! It’s so nice to be able to talk about preventative care which includes nutrition advice (hence the name East to West). I would highly advise against using East to West. I have been unable to get my son in for his shots for multiple weeks. The office’s reasoning is that IRIS (Idaho’s Immunization Database) is down. My son has been going to this office since he was born. They have a record of all of his shots and there should be no reason why they can’t give him his shots. Also when we take him in for his shots they ask us what shots we would like administered. I personally would like to go to an office where they already have looked at the chart and know what shots they should give my son.
