Chef Dave's "Ultimate Spice" is delicious! It is a perfect blend of Mexican and Indian. It is savory and has a really nice "zing" to it. It has a perfect spiciness and saltiness. It's a great way to liven up a dish without relying on 10 different spices and seasoning salt. Well done Chef!!
