Great place for a pedicure. The ladies have a real stein to detail, are very knowledgeable and friendly. They have an amazing selection of nail polish with a lot of vegan/ cruelty free options. They lay out of the shop takes a little getting used to, but I liked being on a second floor with the decor and views out the window. I great experience all around.

I really wish I didn’t have to rate this place as only a 3 but unfortunately I received such bad customer service here multiple times. The service itself was fantastic and my nails looked great. The woman who did them was incredible but she should go to a different place. The staff messed up my appointment about 5 times and I didn’t get to do my nails until almost a month and a half after I made my initial appointment. This was because they kept rescheduling me after having poorly trained staff that kept incorrectly booking me. I would even be more understanding if they had just apologized and were at least sympathetic but the women I spoke to on the phone were really rude and seemed like they didn’t care that it was really inconveniencing me. I tried to be patient and waited a while to do this review so I wasn’t so upset about it and could be less biased but I still feel that they kind of messed up. In conclusion, the nail service is amazing but if you’re trying to get them done for a certain day or occasion, go somewhere a bit more reliable because you may not actually get the appointment in time.
I’ve been to east town spa multiple times in the past when they first opened and the service and treatments were great. Everyone was always friendly and nice so I can back however I recently had an appointment with east town spa an appointment I usually go there for and it just was the same. Customer service wasn’t bad but The quality was off and I was overcharged for a eyebrow waxing I decided to get there because I didn’t want to travel elsewhere. You can’t even tell they were waxed. Very disappointing. There is no way I should’ve been charged that much. Overall, It honestly wasn’t worth it and after reading all the negative reviews here which I should’ve read before I went I will not be back.
The walkway and stairs are entirely piled with snow and slush. I bought a certificate for my 80 year old grandmother to get her hair cut and colored. On the way inside she fell TWO times. Not even the stair railings were brushed off! The two staff showed zero concern. I am 8 months pregnant and could hardly get my grandmother off the ground! The FIRST thing out of the managers mouth was in regards to a mask. My grandmother just fell and could not catch her breath. I was denied the owner/superior managers number or information. I then had to use THEIR shovel to shovel off the stairs to assure my grandmother could make it back out safe. I lost out on the money and certificate. Utterly disgusted with how this was handled. As a store manager myself i would not want those type of women representing my business.
Called me 20 minutes before my appointment to say it was being pushed out an hour later. My stylist was very nice and pleasant but the cut she gave me, was not what I showed her. It wasn’t a horrible cut, but definitely not what I wanted. I should’ve paid more attention to the reviews online, beware with Groupon deals. You get what you pay for.
