Speedy service and much lower quote than another company in East Troy for a new central AC unit. Ours went out during a super hot summer Monday and they had the new one installed by Wednesday morning. Had them out a couple weeks later to vent a fan in our bathroom remodel, and again they were quick and efficient and reasonably priced. Thanks!

Jeremy, the owner of performance has made a few calls to our house. Right after we moved in a few years back, A/C went out on Father’s Day. He was able go get it up and running and finish the season for a very reasonable price with a guarantee. 2 years back we had Performance put in a brand new Goodman for us, the unit has worked great so far and keeps the house very cold on hot days. Most recently we had a motor replaced on the original carrier furnace and it ended up being no good. I understand things happen so I called the owner who followed up shortly, came back out and replaced it under warranty.
Jeremy came to my trailer at Sheltering Oaks months ago and told me what he planned to do to fix my AC. He sounded knowledgable and we agreed on the plan. Tthat was the last I heard from him. Now he won't return phone calls. Doesn't seem like a reliable business.
