Sales lady Kourtney was amazing. She also played with my 2 year old son while my husband and I needed to discuss things. Finance worked his butt of and was able to come through with financing. Did not plan on needing a new car this soon.... but 2021 is the 2020 sequel.

Corey is amazing! Knowledgeable, friendly, relaxed, and honest. He made the process smooth and fun! We worked with Corey right from the start and would not change a thing! Corey is easy to bond with and cares to bond with you. The fact that you can genuinely feel like you're getting helped by a friend who happens to work at a dealership, really showcases that Corey is a stand up man. Ray is awesome as well! He was our finance guy. He is friendly and nice, with genuine care for his customers. He explained things perfectly so we felt comfortable the whole time. I ask a lot of questions and Ray encouraged me to ask them! Wanting me to know ALL the information. They were great from start to finish! Spencer was excellent. He knew the answer to every question I asked and was fun to talk to. He wasn’t pushy in anyway and really made this my best car buying experience ever! By far! They have followed up a few times to make sure I’m still happy with my purchase. I put in to get more info online and two minutes later Spencer called. I was interested in a Nissan SUV but really wasn’t sure which one. When I was telling Spencer about what I was wanting from a car he said I should check out the Rogue. This is my third Nissan in a row and I am thrilled with it! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I have been a customer of this dealer for a very long time even when they were part of Earnhardt. When East Valley Nissan acquired this one, the service department has always been great. I was a bit hesitant to hop into a new vehicle given the current events but these guys exemplify exactly how dealers should behave and treat their new and loyal customers. My sales consultant was Sergio and he was very calm, relaxed, not pushy at all. He let me test drive the vehicle the way I wanted to and answered all my questions and even helped research a few key points I was looking for. Mike, the sales manager was very knowledgeable and although customers may feel intimidated by having a manager introduced to them, he was very easy going about the sale. He helped me stay within my preferred pricing and that's huge! He also made me an offer on my trade i couldn't refuse. Patrick in finance was super nice and didn't force any add-ons after the sale price was confirmed and he got me a stellar finance deal! Can't forget about Adam in service who has been taking care of my Rogue for a long time! Thank you to all at East Valley Nissan!
