I like Joann Fabric as a company, but this store always seems to have issues. Whether it's not having stock that online says they have, pricing not being correct from signs and ads to the receipt, or staff just simply not knowing anything about the job. Check your receipt, take pictures of the sale signs, push to use your coupons. I've been told three times that my coupon wouldn't work because I was buying sale items. It's worked every time, because the coupon included sale items.

I deliver to these stores, from their distribution center. Maybe it's not the same motivation as for the customers. But we work hand in hand! If I don't do my job, you have nothing to buy. If you don't buy, I have no job! It's a WIN WIN!

Shockingly rude customer service. I had my hands full and just wanted to know if something was on sale. Went to the front of the store to find a worker who was able to answer my question. When she informed me the item was on sale i said “great, i just want to grab one more, can i leave my item at the front desk so i can grab another one” she rudely replied “i prefer if you didnt” offering no other assistance. Overall her demeanor was very apathetic. Not acceptable customer service
