I like to know who the manager of the store is so i can express how frustrated I was today. This was the first time purchasing there. customer service needs improving. when I asked for prices I was giving one price over the phone and after looking at the receipt it was much more than quoted on. I tried to return the material only to find out there was a 15% stocking fee. which was a significant amount. i am very disappointed and the way i was treated there.

This place used to be the place to go for contractors! Unfortunately now they don't even know about parts or materials when you call it in and it takes forever to get loaded when they do know what it is.
