I had been dealing with a very unusual situation with an insurance claim that I needed a repair evaluation for. Amon took the time to provide me with the repair evaluation, amidst their very busy schedule. He was upfront and honest the turnaround time and likelihood of being able to repair my severely damaged items. It probably didn't seem like much to him, but his evaluation has helped my situation tremendously. The big box stores where I first took my laptop for repairs declined to work on my laptop because it was out of warranty, but they recommended Spartan. Spartan very quickly diagnosed the issue and got back to me on the cost. However they did not recommend fixing my laptop due to its age. I appreciated the honesty instead of just taking my money. For a very reasonable cost they saved what was possible from the hard drive onto an external hard drive to install on a new laptop when I get one. I recommend Spartan and will use them again if needed.
Windows update bricked my PC and I couldn't recover it on my own using a recovery drive, so I dropped it off with these guys on my way to work. It took a few days, but they managed to fix the PC without me losing any data, which was a blessing (because of course I haven't been backing up my data enough). Got me back to WFH quickly. I was very appreciative of their help! Would go back to them for help if I never needed it again.

Even though I haven't gotten laptop fixed since we're waiting on the battery. The gentleman that helped me kept me up to date on everything, let me know exactly what was wrong with my battery, and let me have my laptop back until the battery came in so I could still do my school work. He even cleaned out my fans without me asking, I've never had such good service, even better its my first time getting my laptop repaired.
