We had been on the road for about six hours on our way back home to south Texas. When we noticed tire on dolly was just about to pop. We stopped at Walmart and looked online for tire shops nearby it was 8pm Saturday night. They were all closed except this towing company. We called and asked if they had any tires or know of any place. They said they could help us out and would be out to us in under 40 min. Sean came out in around 20-25 min took care of us within 45min and we were on our way! Definitely recommend these guys. They are open 24/7. Great and fast service! Thanks again for the help Sean.

My husband and I were broke down on I10 with a 21' motor home not able to find anyone that could tow us. Called them to see if they were able to tow us. They came out to see if they were able to help us. They also weren't able to tow. They saw the problem, we needed a fan belt. They were willing to go the belt. Using their cellphone flashlights they put the belt on. They saved us from sitting on I10 all night. Really nice guys and we are very thankful they were there to help.

They said they would be there in 20 minutes and they were. Brandon the tow truck operator was very professional and polite. He did a great job getting my vehicle to where it needed to be. I would highly recommend this company for all your towing needs.

The starter on my car quit, and roadside assistance contacted Eastern Diesel to tow it to the shop. They came quickly, loaded the car on the truck, and delivered it safely to my mechanic 20 miles away. Highly recommended.

be aware of this company, charged 424 for 3 miles towing for a vehicle with just a flat tire, when they heard i am far away and i will send a towing. they start to say they accepting only cash and they closed at 5 and other day storage fee will be applied, this is the worst ever towing company what i meet in my life, just a shade company like that will be afraid to accept other payments than cash, will gonna file a business claim, and a lawsuit against the company to check all the legality what they doing there, THE RUDEST PEOPLE EVER, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, TREATING ME COUPLE TIMES IF I WILL NOT GET THE CAR THEY WILL GONNA TAKE IT TO THE SCRAP, REALLY ?2012 VEHICLE WITH A FLAT TIRE TO THE SCRAP ???? JUST TRY !!!!!,GOT EVERYTHING RECORDED SEE YOU AT THE COURT !
