Dr. Steuer and the entire practice have been nothing but a money pit and an absolute disgrace in terms of patient care for me. I dislocated my knee cap in freak accident and Dr. Steuer insisted on using the practice’s physical therapy department. It was expensive and I got the most minimal treatment. After bumping into a friend who has his own PT practice, I was very upset when I told him about my treatment and he looked at me in disbelief. My treatment for a 22yr old athletic male over the course of 2 months included: - no weights over 2 lbs - the same 4-5 exercises that consisted of walking and bending my leg - no machine experiences - no jumping/planting/running or any athletic exercises. 2yrs later I suffered the same injury in the same knee. I ended back in Stueres office and he insisted that it was another “freak accident” and not related to the past injury treatment and suggested me to his PT department AGAIN Not to mention he billed me in the emergency room on a surprise visit I DID NOT REQUEST. This place is a joke

Great practice, I've been coming here for a few years and have had the pleasure to see a few of the physicians. The office staff is very accommodating and organized. The billing department also worked with my insurance and were a pleasure to deal with. The therapy in Eastern Orthopedics is the best. Iris is a great therapist who knows what she's doing and makes it her mission to get you back and better. Highly recommend this office to any and everyone looking for orthopedic treatment or physical therapy.

Dr Bauer and staff extremely professional!!! Reconstructed my son's ACL even worked with school schedule to accommodate our needs. Great results my son is on his way to total recovery thanks to Dr Bauer. Office staff friendly and always willing to help with any questions. Lynn and Cheryl are great also.. Many thanks to all for awesome service..
