The front desk is garbage. Sorry I have to use this word. I call 3 times about my proscription refill. I was told to wait the call back which never happened. One of doctor has no patience at all. I went in the office check out my issues. I was there 15 minutes she said she cannot take more complains because she was busy and had other patient waiting. Are u kidding me?

My wife and I started going here last year and have always had great service. Appointments are always available, but sometimes it’s with a nurse practitioner or a PA. We don’t mind this at all but I know some people do.
