I had bought my used fiat back in 2016 from the GSM Ryan, he helped to get me the payment I needed and the whole experience was great, the entire staff was helpful. Fast foward 3 yrs later and I needed his assistance again. He went above and beyond to help resolve my issue, I highly recommend seeing Ryan and his team if your looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, they go above and beyond for their customers!
I contacted Fiat of Lehigh Valley and another Fiat dealer. Both were about the same distance from my home. While the other Fiat dealer took very long to respond and didn't seem to care about me...Jackie at Fiat of Lehigh Valley responded within minutes of my first inquiry. She emailed and called me and I had a lot of the information I needed within those first few minutes of placing my inquiry. And this was just the initial encounter with them. As I continued to make a decision on if this was the right car for me and the features I wanted, Jackie was there for me every step of the way. This was the first time I have leased a car and I couldn't have imagined a better experience! From test drive to finding the perfect car for me...they are the best!! They cared about me and my situation. I do not live very close to their dealership, so a lot was accomplished through email and telephone, which was perfect for me. It allowed me to get all of the information I needed without having to drive 2 hours round-trip to their dealership. Now that I have my yellow fiat, Jackie still sends me emails to make sure all is well with the car. If you are interested in a Fiat, look no further for a dealer...Fiat of Lehigh Valley is the best I have encountered and I will for sure go to them for all of my future needs!!!
I usually avoid dealerships when needing to get my car fixed, but fiats seem to be a hassle for other places so I went here last year to get my wheel baring done. Expecting it to cost an arm and a leg. The service manager was incredibly helpful and pleasant and was able to get my warranty to cover the cost since my vehicle was under 50,000 miles. Also, the rest of the staff were great. Awesome customer service. I will definitely be bringing back my car to them for more work if needed.
I saw a used 2006 Nissan Frontier on their website listed for 4987 and called to ask more about it. I made an offer on the phone for 4000 and was told by the manager Ryan that we would accept the offer. I was told the truck was in excellent condition. Made the 45 minute drive from Flemington to Easton to look at the truck and immediately noticed an ABS light illuminated on the dashboard. When I asked about the light, I was told it had just turned on that same day. After driving the truck I also noticed the air conditioning was barely blowing cold. When we sit down to talk numbers, I was told that the online price of 4987 was as low as he would go since it was "the cheapest one available online and I wouldn't have made the long drive down if I didn't think so myself." I quickly realized why this the truck had been sitting on their lot for 3 months. Between Ryan's not-so-professional sales approach and misrepresentation of the truck's condition on the dealer website, this was easily one of my worst car dealership experiences. Beware if you plan on driving down to look at a used vehicle at this dealership. I'm not sure how the new car sales experience is at this particular dealership, but if Ryan is involved, it probably will not be too different from my experience. P.S. I visited this dealership 36 hours ago and just checked the listing for the frontier. Still no mention of an ABS light
Unbelievably efficient and direct dealings with Jackie of Fiat of the Lehigh Valley. She responded immediately to my phone message and remained closely involved throughout, including after the sale. I was very pleased and impressed with her professionalism and commitment.
From the time I picked up the phone to arrange an appointment, Stephanie made it easy for me. I drove 1 hr and 35 minutes, so I was worried And hoped it was worth the drive. When I got there, Kyle was very kind and pleasant. He took me for the test drive (2015 Mazda CX-5) and provided me with all information from the vehicle. I’m glad Ryan the manager was able to accommodate the price and make it fit my budget. Overall, excellent price, excellent service and friendly people. Didn’t feel any pressure to buy the vehicle compared to other dealers I have gone to. Thank you all from Brown Daub Alfa Romeo Fiat for making the trip well worth it and me driving back home in the SUV I always wanted! A
