Total Home Performance is one of the best companies I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Great customer service, quality workmanship, reasonable prices and awesome staff. We had our crawlspace encapsulated and attic insulated/air sealed. Their communication throughout the process and their attention to detail were phenomenal. They were prompt, professional and great to work with. The crawlspace relative humidity is \u003c50% and looks great. They ran the bathroom exhaust ducts in the attic to the exterior, added a fan timer, air sealed the seams, blew in more insulation and added a reflective tent over the pull down stairs. They are a BGE energy partner and performed the pressure test and submitted the rebate. I highly recommend Total Home Performance..
