Staff is smooth with me and doctor performing procedure was sweet as pie and talked to me the entire time explaining everything she was doing. I was literally in no pain after I left. Now that waiting time is definitely long but the ratio to ppl getting services vs staff so what do you expect?

Terrible staff, mostly rude women, they charge far more than other locations and then tell you they offer financial assistance just to bring the price down to other locations prices. They told my friend one price on the phone and 50 more in the office when it was time to pay. You might get hung up on a few times before you get thru to them. Also, I saw them turn a girl away because one receptionist \didn't like her attitude\. The girl was literally going back to have the procedure and they asked her to leave. It was horrible. I do not recommend unless you are desperate and they are the closest location. There are 2 other clinics right in the vicinity.
I would NEVER recommend this facility for anything I’m disgusted they call themselves a medical facility. The manager is extremely disrespectful and rude. They have illegitimate documents that after speaking to my attorney I don’t think are even legal Because they pick and chose which patients sign them. The pill failed for me and when I called the emergency line I was told not to worry and that I would be taken care of, I was also told this when initially at my appointment. However this was not the case and when I returned they were not willing to work with me on a second payment AT ALL and were requiring another full payment in order to have the procedure done. The manager literally said “what do you expect the doctor to just do it for free?” with an attitude I can’t even explain in words. I was asking for help and guidance, NOT free services. I was forced to LEAVE upon having an anxiety attack and hyperventilating and had to wait outside for my ride in the freezing cold, still pregnant.
Extremely rude receptionist for no reason. You can hear the attitude over the phone and they don’t seem to like to answer questions. Hire new people or you’ll continue to get bad ratings.
Super friendly staff, and very helpful. I had Alesia as my nurse and she was wonderful and knows a lot about what she does. I’m grateful to have her as my nurse. And the doctor was just as wonderful as long as you listen and cooperate you will be just fine.
