I got an awesome new (used) bike online, for a good deal, and the stoke level was high! I went to Eastside Cycles and the stoke level dropped pretty quick. The Bro that helped me out didn't have much to say, unless he wanted to say something condescending. I still spent 300 for gear/service and decided I wouldn't come back. Halcyon helped me fix my tire three days after it was serviced by Eastside Cycles and the customer service was incredible... and I only spent 30. If you're new, Eastside Cycles is probably too cool for you. Go to Halcyon. They didn't care that I was just starting and learning. They were busy and still took the time to answer all my questions.

Excellent service! I've been taking all of my bikes to Eastside for the past 5 years, and the service has always been wonderful. They've done a couple of very detailed post-crash inspections for me, and have gotten my bike back in top shape every time, including custom-ordering replacement parts that were specific to my Felt bike model. They've even done a few very small and simple quick adjustments (2-minute adjustments) on all of my bikes free of cost, always making sure to point out and explain the issues to help me learn how to address the basic and simple stuff on my own. Great folks, can't recommend enough!
I've been here a few times for repairs, and it has always been a good experience. Good prices, friendly staff. You can tell everyone here loves riding, so you know they're going to do a good job fixing up your bike! Also, after looking through other reviews, I feel compelled to add this: I am a newbie rider with a cheap bike, and I have never felt like they were talking down to me or making fun of my cheap setup. They've certainly been honest with me (like letting me know my shifting is only going to get so smooth with this cheap system), but never in a condescending way. And they've always been happy to let me know what to expect both price and performance-wise before they start the repair, so I can decide whether or not it's worth it on my bike. I will continue to take my cheap, barely rideable bike (my words, not theirs) here for repairs until I'm ready to drop money on a nice bike, at which point I will come here to buy it!
Had a great experience here, took my bike in for a tune up and they were very friendly and educational (very new to road biking) turns out I didn't need a tune up but they set me up with a flat kit and light and taught me some basic maintenance. Will definitely make this my go to shop.
I recently did a full rebuild of a full suspension mountain bike, and the crew at east side was incredible in the help they offered through that process. Multiple times they happily provided me with fast, quality services at a very fair and affordable price. Even in the instances where I wasn't bringing them business, they would generously take the time to offer guidance and expertise on different tasks, home-built tools and solutions, etc. I will go out of my way I the future to make sure that they get my business and that of anyone else I can direct their way. Hats off to you guys, and I owe you all a beer.
Scott was extremely helpful in getting my bike in working order. I was very impressed with the shop and his kind actions. Highly recommend Eastside Cycles for any bicycle maintenance.
Miles Helped me fine tune exactly what I was looking for. Can't wait to ride. They also have some super cool wall clocks made from bicycle parts from local artist. Check them out.
Arrived in Nashville to start the Natchez Trace and needed some quick repairs as my bike got banged up during my flight. They helped me get back on 2 wheels quickly and really came through for me. Thanks!
