Would've gave a 0 star. I have 1,000 documents to print out and called to make sure I would be able to print out the documents not in chronological order. They always try to force you to use the self service printer but in this case I'm not able to. After I already explained what I needed he still wouldn't assist. I feel like for one my services were not being take seriously and that the service provider is lazy. I called specifically for this reason.

I always use this store , although i have Office max near by and this store three times more to travel but i prefer this store over that. Compared to the service , politeness, willingness of employees at this store stands on highest level i have experienced Every body specially near printer, i have encountered such a gracious service, i was reluctant to show that I don't have basic skills to print from my phone but the girl at staples stood by me and walked me thru step by step until i was done. I look forward to go in this store.

I literally was ignored for about 15 minutes waiting for help in the ink section and I don’t want to believe it was because I was a beautiful black woman but I do believe that was the case. I was in line, returning ink, I asked the manager who was over riding my return, what brand would be a wise choice for a home printer used for school work and he replied reluctantly, the HP has good ink delivery options so off to the ink section I went ready to browse and buy a good fit. After waiting for help for Ten minutes, I returned to the cashier to ask if someone was available to assist me in the ink section, she announced for the third time, customer needs assistance in the ink section and the same manager walked over to the ink section ignoring me as he looked at ink on the wall then and the fourth time the announcement was made like he didn’t see me standing by the printers I had just asked him about with this blank look on my face that screamed, “really?”. Yet as I was leaving he gladly says have a good day? He sees me leaving but he didn’t see me the two times I stood beside him waiting for help in the ink section when he came over faking like he was looking at ink on the wall? I was the only person in the ink section might I add. Sad case... I don’t beg no one for their business, I’ll gladly spend my money somewhere else.

Called to just see if they offer tower/hard drive trouble shooting. Girl who answered just said tech doesn't come in until 9. Would be nice if all employees know what basic services are offered. Taking to independently owned computer store.
