Micah at Easy Camper Rental made renting a camp trailer an easy and enjoyable experience. They had a variety up pickup locations (and will even deliver the camper to you for a small fee). They have easy to follow walk-through videos to make sure you get the most out of your camping experience. I have received prompt responses to all my questions while on the road. Renting from Easy Camper Rentals was very nice. We've rented from other places before and it was not quite as nice. Not only does Easy Camper Rental handle dumping tanks and filling propane for free but also for a reasonable fee, they also handle cleaning inside and out. This is a great benefit not offered by other rental places I've used and saved me several hours of hassle. It saves a trip to the RV dump, the propane refill and the carwash! Because as I've found is often the case, the propane refills at places like pro-stop are often closed even when the dumps are still open, which is a pain. And I've often resorted to cleaning the outside at home with the hose and broom since getting out of many carwash stalls can be challenging with narrow exits. Also, the fresh water tank was pre-filled, the camper was newer, clean, and well-maintained. The heater, water heater, fridge, and A/C all worked properly. The pick-up and drop-off instructions were accurate and the operations video was very helpful. The tires were in great condition. I've had strangers talk to me at gas stations about the poor tires on other camper rentals. With Easy Camper Rental, I actually had two people at different times comment on the great tires and nice, high clearance of the camper. Lastly, I found the two totes, one inside containing a lighter, electrical adapters and other items, and the one underneath containing the dump hose, attachments and toilet pellets to be a great addition. Keeping the dump hose separate from other items is a good idea. Thanks for a great rental experience!
We had the best time in the 17' bunkhouse! It made our Easter weekend one we will always remember! I loved how easy the rental process was. They've thought of everything that you might need. I can't rave enough. Thanks!
Another great rental from Easy Camper... They make it very easy to know everything and to figure it out, especially when you only use a trailer once or twice a year! Everything worked perfectly. I highly recommend Easy Camper!
Great experience! The double axle Jayco towed great with the provided adjustable hitch. Reported some minor issues we noticed and he responded immediately. Why buy an RV when you can rent? No depreciation, repairs, storage, or hassle!
Great company to rent from, great communication and prices. Adjustable hitch is key to getting the trailer setup and towing flat and straight. No issues, great trailer for our short trip. Will definitely rent again in the future !
We had a great camping experience with easy camper in salt lake. Camper was clean, easy to tow and convenient to pick-up, and they were very responsive to all our questions. You can rent with confidence from these guys, and we will definitely be using them again as we are now officially spoiled by renting this nice rv!! A
Easy camper rental was exactly as it says, EASY! I love the fast response from Micah and the fact that all the instructions are given either through email or YouTube where one can always refer back to them if they're stuck with a problem vs someone explaining it to you in person and later you've forgotten about it and wished that maybe you should of recorded the walk through. Well, with Easy Camper Rental that part is taken cared of. You just need to make sure you download the video for reference in case you don't have internet access, which was what we did.
