The parking is basically the same quality as lot C and has a slightly lower price tag. I've tried 2 other lots in this price range and this one has been the best so far. Bring your confirmation slip and leave it in the car for checkout if your want the low internet price because you need the confirmation number or they charge you the rack rate

I don't usually write review but I would like to put comments on this one. I was a bit concern after reading many bad reviews regarding Easy Park. But I already paid online and decided to try it out. We had an early flight and parked the car around 5AM. There was plenty of spots and we parked on the right hand side of the parking lot. About 5 minutes, the shuttle was at the stop. The driver helps us to load our luggage. We was at the airport quite early. On the way back, we was in a late flight and back to LAX around 11:00PM. I called them first and told them the terminal. Still, I was a bit worry if the bus would show up. Surprisingly, the bus was on the curve right after we walked to the curb. Again, the driver helped us to load our luggage. One thing, if you prepaid online, go straight to the gate. Have all information with you and push the call attendant. They will ask you all the code on the confirmation and you are on the way home. Don't pay at the station. A very pleasant experience and I would like to recommend to everyone. And don't forget to tip the driver... ::)
I have parked here about 20 times and am satisfied. The spaces are too narrow and sometimes people park in the aisles, but I've never had pick-up problems (unlike Parking Spot).
Took over a half hour for the shuttle to arrive during its pick up cycle. Believe it or not, watching other lots send 3-5 busses through before we see one is not encouraging. I will never use them again. Ended up using a budget bus.
After reading all the poor reviews about Easy Park LAX I was ready for the worst. However my experience at Easy Park was wonderful. Quick pickup on arrival at their lot and again on my return to LAX. A great experience, I will park there again.
40 min waiting for the shuttle so far. I called a couple times and the lady always says they're almost here. I'm still waiting... Unbelievable. Never again
This is the worst parking operation imaginable, I called for a shuttle upon my return, I got rude customer sercice, gave me no information om where to be picked up and just hung up.i found the shuttle pick up site and I waited 15 minutes, called back they said it was on the way. I waited another 15 minutes they asked if I was at the right spot and I was and they said it was on its way, I then waited another 10 minutes before I saw the shuttle, I stood up grabbed my bags and the shuttle drove right on pass. I dont usually do reviews but with all the free time I have as I am still waiting. ....
