We were really disappointed with the meal, this is what the shrimp and grits looks like if you get it for carryout, not a lot of food considering what they charge for the shrimp and grits, and it was put in a cardboard container, that soaked up all the water out of the grits and got it so wet it wet the bottom of the bag it was in, after a 15 minute drive home, the grits was completely scaled over and hard in the bottom and just not fit to eat, it should have been in a styrofoam tray. Also got a chicken tender kids meal, they did put that in a styrofoam tray, but it should have put some wax paper or tinfall under it, the chicken was so hot it melted through the styrofoam and gave it a yucky taste, we were really disappointed in the quantity and quality of the food .

Exceptional food, very reasonable prices! Be sure to visit the adjoining railroad museum. Branchville, SC is the site of the world's oldest railroad junction!

Always delicious food, friendly staff, and great nostalgic atmosphere. I love it when the trains pass so close by!
