Metro water is not only a fantastic organization who provides great solutions for both private and commercial plumbing and filtration needs, but they are committed to customer service. I am a private customer AND the director of ATLAS Ministry, who is also a customer. On both fronts, I have been extremely impressed with the staff and the service they offer, always going above and beyond the call to ensure we are taken care of.

I purchased a home a little over a year ago with one of their softener/carbon systems and was pleased to find out that, although an older system, it was a fine and reliable product. I finally had a chance to stop by the office and they thought I might need a carbon refill due to the service records. The following day the technician Chris came out and checked/cycled everything, tested the water, and determined the carbon was still good. This saved me several hundred dollars. Thanks for keeping the customer needs above short term profits. Great customer service which has made me a loyal customer.
Just wanted to thank you guys for the excellent service and quick response. We originally had the wrong filter because I gave you guys the wrong gpm. As soon as you figured out the problem I had the correct unit installed the same day. That is good service. Thanks again guys.
I have one of the free standing R/O systems in both my office reception area as well as at my home. Can't say enough great things about the level of service and knowledge of the water filtration industry as well as the quality of the water. Great stuff, Highly recommend!
Mr. Wade Hensley came quickly and repaired a leak we had in the plumbing leading to the water softener. He located the precise leak in the copper tubing and fixed it. Very knowledgeable and a great person to talk with as he worked. And he cleaned up the water mess on the floor before he left! Wade seems to me to be a guy who will go out of his way to do the job right. Thanks, Wade.
