Wednesday 2/23/21 @1pm EST: 1. To start, NO ONE in the back office was wearing masks in the height of covid despite the mandatory mask policy posted on their door. 2. The organization I work for requested an invoice for items for delivery. They never made our organization aware that some of the items were never for delivery and only in store pickup. When I address this with the staff they told me too bad and no refunds. I asked them to speak to the manager which they aggressively said no to, which is unheard of to me. 3. They offered some underground cash only delivery service which they didn’t provide the info for but did tell me it would be an extra 150. 4. The staff members in the back were screaming curse words at copier machines. 5. I guess they enjoy taking advantage of our organization which works with homeless adults with serious mental illnesses. 7. I’m still waiting to hear back from their district manager. 6. The only solace was there was an inspector of their agency witnessing the injustice as I was being told I was not allowed to speak to the manager and witnessing them with no masks on. Hopefully he wrote them up.

Amazing experience at this store. I was in desperate need for a chair due to the work from home situation and the employees were very helpful and kind. I ended up being able to find a chair that day. I am so glad I actually went into the store as I had seen there chairs online and did not like them, but in person they were actually very nice! I also got a huge discount on the chair as well. I truly could not be more happy with my purchase.

Very kind and helpful sales associate sold us a leather sectional couch in early Fall 2020. We were given an estimate of 6-8 weeks for the couch to arrive at the local warehouse and then be delivered a few days later. We had to call ourselves for updates each month, to find out starting in November when we expected the delivery that it was delayed due to COVID and inventory issues. Each month, the expected delivery was pushed out by a month. In December, the sales associate I spoke with on the phone told me she would check and make sure that the newest updated date (mid-January) was accurate and call me back to confirm. She never called. I called back at the end of January and spoke to a sales associate who told me that she “didn’t see much” when she pulled up my account, so would have a manager call me back. I asked if this could be done today, since I was told the same thing a month ago and no one returned the call. She promised yes. No one ever called us. I just called today to find out what the deal is... the phone just rang and rang mid-day during business hours with no answer. We will be canceling our order as soon as I can get ahold of a live human to do so. This is really a shame because I’ve had great experiences with Ashley in the past in other regions that I’ve lived in - not here.

Oh man, where to start... extremely pushy sales associate. Just the whole attitude of \you will like this one\ when it didn't meet any of my criteria. He pulled down his mask while on the computer multiple times and while we were walking. And the nerve to suggesting prices that were higher than advertised on their own websites AND charge for shipping when free shipping is provided online as well? Absolute nonsense. If you really like the furniture, skip the trip and buy online. No sense in patronizing this location.

LOVE my new Baceno 3-Piece Sectional! Jeremy (my salesperson) was super helpful and made my first sofa buying experience very pleasant. Delivery was quick. Will be back!
