Tony was extremely knowledgeable when I tried to purchase a Anderson slider door. He was informative and honest and I appreciated all his help. He was not pushy and let me make up my own mind. It was very appreciated. I would recommend going there.

Based upon some of the previous negative reviews, I believe we would have had the same experience if we went beyond the measurements and associated estimate.......Thankfully we went through the exercise of several estimates with craftsman that were much more knowledgeable....The representative that came to our home had no product or installation knowledge and just seemed to lack confidence in what he was doing...The ultimate pricing was outrageous.. The other estimates were clearly based upon expertise... The thing I can compare this experience to is this....“well, if you want new replacement windows, we will have to gut the house and rebuild with no guarantees”.. .....Amateur representation.
The first time I visited this location 7 or 8 years ago I was looking for a latch replacement part for my sliding door and the gentleman Tony found a spare part free of charge. That is why I returned to buy replacement windows 2 years ago and again recently. Jeff Nathanson provided me both times with quotes for a total of 12 windows, screens and grills that was very satisfactory. Not to bash Home Depot but I would definitely go to Jeff ,Tony and Dan for all my windows and doors first. Call ahead.Stay COVID safe.
WindowRama seems to be a building full of salesmen and middle men without any actual deciders or doers or technical people. Not the place you want to order something as technical as windows. I'm a framer, builder and registered architect and my last two jobs where the owner chose to deal with windowrama have been nightmares. Once an issue comes up and you need to speak to a technical person who can give you answers or explain why something is different than on the drawings, you're out of luck, all you get is a middleman playing telephone with the manufacturer. Try to find a window manufacturer that sells factory-direct to avoid this problem.
Jeff was the salesman that we had and I have to say he was totally informative about all the products and windows that they had. He was totally patient and professional with all the questions that my wife had. He made the decision making process much easier for us with all his knowledge and input. We will be purchasing all of the windows that we need for our remodeling job for our home. Thank you Jeff.
