Blue northern was a place that could be trusted to support my home for years to come up until it was plagued by rank heresy and its counsel fell . The assistant manager was promoted after rupturing a gas line at a public school because he was to selfish to take a breath and do the job right not to mention not reporting the incident to the spring valley school district or anybody and snap chatting on his phone all the time everyone still working there knows about this and takes nothing seriously now it's become a living joke not to mention the compliance officer who works from his house spying on drivers with the eld units installed in the trucks COVER THEM UP ! The majority of there work comes from dean foods which is failing loosing local customer base to competitors and the company lacks ability to find and compete for freight and build new clientel. I used to deliver eauclaire schools it was my first route as a driver but I was new to the company at the time so on occasion I would have to start extremely late because my tractor would not get to eauclaire till 8 am because it was delivering pigs to Waterloo Iowa .this never made for a good day because starting all the schools late was a good way to piss all the staff off often times I would be asked to run product out that did not make it on the truck because the warehouse crew was smoking meth on the job causing them to make mistakes. The owner even pays his managers wich are sheltered all day and are the wellfare of the company make more money then the drivers wich do way more work and in extreme conditions and face more risk there's no reason the base pay for his drivers isent 22 an hour
