Never had issues with shoes from this place, even as a kid. If I bought shoes from anywhere else, they fail within a few months. But my shoes last 1 years from here. I always feel welcome and can usually get what I need quickly. Yes I try them on and make a sound decision. I can always ask for help from staff and they will help to the best of their abilities. If there isn’t something in the store they sell, they will get a pair in your size if requested. Never had issues, love this store.

I've always had a good experience at the Eau Claire store. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I also love that I can try on shoes at my own pace, with their inventory on the sales floor, rather than having to ask someone to get it for me. Their prices are a little more than other stores, but you do have the buy one, get one 50% off option. Overall, i would recommend.

My pair of boots have separated more than 50% off the sole within 3 months or less. Buy nothing without a craftsmanship warranty. Never spent so much for trash. Have had thin jogging shoes last the whole summer.
