I highly recommend visiting Luke at EB Auto Registration for any title transfer or registration needs. I brought a car into CA from out of state and Luke was able to transfer the title, register it and give me new CA plates all in under 30 minutes. The pricing is transparent and extremely fair for the services Luke offers and it's so much nicer than getting the Vin verified, title transferred and vehicle registered all in one place quickly, rather than wasting an entire day standing in line at the DMV.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! While Luke, as the owner, may be a friendly man to deal with, and he seemed very nice, I feel like my wife got ripped off by him today. You do not have to pay 78 to have him 'process your paperwork' at the DMV, you can simply turn it in yourself (which we did). We did however, pay 65 to him today for a VIN Verification that we could have gotten for free at AAA, and probably free elsewhere as well. Just know what you can get for free and what you have to pay for BEFORE you walk into his place of business, because he certainly will not tell you. I realize that business is business, and he's in business to make money, but as an honest person it felt deceitful that he would charge us 65 for something that we could have gotten for free. Shame on us for not asking enough questions and falling for this SCAM, just wanted to make others aware to avoid wasting your money here.

Awesome service. Was very easy to work with. Alot better than going to the DMV!! Luke is helpful, and knew what to do to get the information i needed to get my car registered from out of state. 5 stars all day long! Will definitely be coming back.
