Hi I use to be in this company many years ago they were very cool most of the time some of the. Staff was great and some were soo okay I left this company because I thought I could do what I wanted to do and till this day I wish I was with this company you just have to get along with every one I know it hard but all there trying to do is the right thing

This is response to Angle Marie review. I am the owner of ECHO Residential Support Inc. We have never in our history ever hired and illegal alien to work for my company. We require all of our staff to have a current Ohio Drivers license, we do a criminal background on everyone that is being considered for hire and driving abstract. We also provide 1st Aid and CPR training to all of our staff. We have never had anyone from any other source complain to anyone with our agency about not having enough food in our homes or any of our individuals not getting enough to eat. If this was truly a concern there are staff from the County Boards that monitor and review those kinds of issues. We would have been notified of any type of neglect or any health and safety issues that we were not meeting with our individuals. Angel I don't think you know my company very well cause everything you have stated in your review was untrue. You don't have to take my word for it. Call and talk to the county boards that we work with and ask someone from their what my company is like. This sounds like a very disgruntled past employee just trying to make someone else look badly. This has got to be the worse company on the planet earth. Where should I begin. First of the owner is out of touch with reality and only hires illegal aliens to work that can't speak a lick of decent English. Second the residents, I swear, are being starved to death. The stated should and will be notified. Third, the house managers could care less for the residents, they are just plain rude and mean. These homes, as the millennials would say, are a "HOT MESS". Please do not let these people take care of your loved ones!!!!!!
