In disbelief how people mention this company is so good and pay is good. Although they dont hire! For months they have had a hiring post up on indeed and other online places. My boyfriend has applied multiple times & interviewed with them TWICE. The interviewer mentioned why they havent filled the position YET. Seriously!? Are you people not willing to train someone at your company? That's what is half wrong with the employers in this community! Families trying to get a good paying job to support their families and cant even get a call back OR a job. Yet can take the time to interview people... Frusterating to day the least!!

This place is absolutely inept from the top to bottom. Management would be lucky if they could manage out of a wet paper bag. However, in all seriousness. There is an abundance of problems that plague Eck Indistries. Most notable being the lack of communication, work ethic and quality. There is a reason the Now-Hiring sign is on constant display. Management consists of your typical assorted cut and paste 'yes men', with the exception of a few. The owner has passed operations down to his daughter who is just, basically, a spoiled little princess who wants to play president. Check her linkedin if you ever feel so inclined. The name shouldn't be too hard to come by. Also, if you have the resources and time check out the past employment background of the human resources manager and the reasons let go. Lovely. The plant is dirty, dingy, garbage and junk everywhere. Equipment falling apart, unsafe work areas and an obsolete operation trying to move at a modernized pace. The people for the most part in general are pretty good. However, a lot have a 'group mentality' and are what one could consider them of not being independent thinkers or headstrong. Gossipy. Bandwagon talkers. But, again, for the most part the people are respectable and decent. A forewarning though, Eck does employ child molesters, (yea...), losers, dead beat fathers and just dead beats. This might be a suitable job for you....but it definitely isn't for me.
