He is hands down the best when it comes to listening and helping! He is also very understanding when it comes to being new at the whole virtual doctor experience. I don’t rate people very much and I’m pretty nervous when it comes to sharing my opinions openly with public, but I would give him 6 stars if it would let me!

I am so happy I found Dr. Hayes a cpl years ago & now there's J.R. that works with him. They have helped me & my kids. They understand how other health issues you have affect your mental health & have finally got me on exactly what I need. It's so convenient & rarely wait long for our appts & the virtual appts are so easy. They both really listen to you & things you're going thru & give great advice and truly care about you and your family. And I Love his staff Cyndia, Adrian & Carmen. They are all the best!!! Highly recommend them!!!

Tried to make an appointment here until I realized they're only doing online appointments so I tried to schedule one but honestly its waaay too much ..theres alot of forms which are extremely necessary but to actually fill the out is a task and a half ..gotta download something else just to fill it out and all that ..its honestly way too much just to get some help ..i fear it will drive me crazy doing the forms before actual help ..sigh
