Called to inspect burning smell. First technician diagnosed as insulation issue and claimed to have fixed it. Smell continues for a week! Second technician (who at least spent time to diagnose further) confirms motor issue and circuit board issue. Parts took two weeks to order from Sacramento! (Seriously ? Two weeks for a motor and board which are basic maintenance parts for furnace ?) No updates whatsoever despite calling every day. Some day it was \parts delayed\, some other time \I'm going to pick the part today\, and all this in the peak winter / rain period in the month of Jan 2021 when we had a historic cold wave and a toddler at home! Wouldn't go with them ever, had no choice as they were assigned by Fidelity Home Warranty.

Our furnace went out in late October when it begins to get pretty cold in the Sacramento Valley. The temperatures were already falling into the mid 30's at night and it was now December 1st. Eco Pro HVAC had given us a appointment with a four hour window in which they came within the first hour of that window. When they came they were very professional and ready to work. Our Technicians Manuel and Gustavo were phenomenal in customer service. They were really a blessing. It's one thing to have a furnace installed and another to have Techs who are customer focused. We are very pleased with the installation and service provided by Eco Pro and their Awesome Technicians. Thank you Manuel and Gustavo!
Eco-Pro is extremely responsive. They are very easy to schedule an appointment. They follow up regularly and the technician arrives on time. Explains the problem and the options we have. Will definitely recommend Eco-Pro.
Was not told the truth several times it took over six months of constant calling on my part to get this taken care of I had to use the company because it’s what my warranty first America sent the parts to but after that no contact without me constant calling and the lies about the permits were crazy I check with the city and Caught them in their lies but nothing they could really do other than say sorry I didn’t have an AC and heat wave and I didn’t have a furnace what it was 32 it took over six months to get this taken care crazy
Very professional, best customer service rep Carla and Rosa. Best technicians Manuel and Arturo, they provided the correct recommendation of replacing heating system at the same time while the A/C broke and completed the full work in one day replacing compressor, condensor, furnace and refrigerant line. Last but not the least, Jose owner of the company is extremely professional, respectful and takes ownership if anything goes wrong. I haven't seen all around a professional company like this which also works with your home warranty company patiently. They were assigned by my home warranty company Fidelity National Home Warranty, diagonsed a leak in refrigerant line and instead of repairing the line(650) and refilling gallons of 20 year old type refrigerant (not allowed in new systems) which would have costed another 1500 they recommend to the home warranty to replace the system which was done professionally.
