I've tried 3 times to use this very machine. Birchwood mall security does not monitor this machine! People can disable it at any time (I saw it with my own eyes)! Because of other mall patrons folly, my S7 phone got stuck inside this kiosk and my only recourse was to call customer service. When I called customer service, she was able to remotely un-jam the door and release my phone back to me. However, she didn't know how the machine malfunctioned (so I told her what I saw).
