Service truck was parked in driveway w/o seeking permission. Service truck has an oil leak. Driveway stained. Otherwise install crew executed their work while taking care not to soil or damage anything. They were efficient, explained what was going to be done and did a good job of orienting us regarding the use of our fireplace insert.
