Overall, much better than our previous provider. It’s been a tough year on everyone, and we get that. Things don’t happen as quickly as they might, or may be scheduled. But they did get done satisfactorily, and before things became critical. Good job, Folks!

We had a great experience. My wife was home when the technician came to check on our heater and light the pilot. She didn’t catch his name, but she said he was very polite and courteous. He finished his work and explained to her how to use the heater. He was very helpful.

I used my Staub fuel card on my recent road trip to Kentucky. I was able to use it at all the places I stopped for fuel. I work here, and can see how these cards are more secure than using a regular credit card for fuel purchases. Just don't put your pin on the card.
