I had a wonderful experience! Everyone there is so friendly! I dealt with Michael and all of they were so nice. I’ve been telling everyone I know that if they need a car to go check out Northpark Nissan in Covington. I’m in the process of rebuilding my credit and they did everything to get me in my new car. I love my 2021 Versa ! I will be back to trade it in and get another one for sure.

I had went to this dealership to have my airbag replaced cause of recall. First, the didn’t have all the airbags so did on side the had to back for the other. Few days later airbag light came on so called back told to come in on Sat.Get there and gentleman said only do oil changes to come back. I had my daughter take the car back the next week told it would be over 700 for there mistake. So, told my daughter no way then 2 days later horn would not work. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Went shopping for my daughter first vehicle and met Kendaul our sales representative, he put up with all the questions my daughter had and was very professional. My daughter told Kendaul that she wouldn't purchase the vehicle unless he could get in the trunk and so he did. We we're done in under an hour after they had picked out a vehicle. Buddy our financial Manager was hassle-free and quick. They even gave my daughter a full tank of gas. If we are ever in need of another vehicle we will definitely go back there!
