Super clean and quiet community! Love having a dog park with friendly neighbors right outside. Apartment staff is very attentive and helpful. Can't wait for the pool to be opened- great amenities for the price and location!

The community is good and the leasing office has lots of amenities like computers for scanning and printing stuff with free wifi, gym, newly installed food grills etc. but the leasing office doesn’t have a security camera. Our packages got lost after it were delivered. Upon asking they are just not ready to help and dont wanna get involved. They just redirect us parcel pending office and they say its arrive’s responsibility. I mean they advertise this is a secure community and doesn’t even have a security camera in the office. Someone who has a key fob can directly come in and steal anything package they want from leasing office. LEASING OFFICE IS NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR DELIVERED PACKAGES.

We really enjoyed our short term stay at Arrive. The maintenance guys were very responsive to our service requests. Whenever we saw the guys in the hall or outside they were always very friendly. Eric did a great job for us when we needed him. The office staff was great in answering our questions when it came time to move it.

Leasing is a joke. I toured the place and loved it. I went to do the online application and the quote wasn’t valid. I emailed the leasing agent at least FIVE times and called the office (during office hours) and got bumped to a call center where I had to request a call back at least THREE times. NO ONE has responded to me. I tried emailing their “main office” email and it was not a valid email address. Why would you want to live here if they are so unresponsive and clearly don’t care?
