Our kids love those pretzels. That is the only reason we keep going to that place. Very unorganized. Last time we were told to wait for our order 20 minutes. After 20 minuets, they had no idea we were still waiting for our order and what was ordered in the first place. They didn’t even start to making and baking it yet. They constantly talk, but not about the work they are doing.
